Varies a lot depending on routing and traffic levels

My 11 mile commute varies from 33mpg (school time and heavy traffic) to 47mpg (school holidays like today)

Motorways 43mpg (at about 75mph) upto 49mpg (when at 50-55mph)

Average is about 43mpg on edge of London with its traffic and traffic lights

I do short commute to work only 3.5miles and I am getting around 40mpg, this is in traffic and not using any motorways.
Next week start my new job and this is a 20mile drive(40round trip) 16miles of Motorway driving each way so will find out what it is like on longer commute. Should improve the fuel economy as it will be getting up to temp for longer.
Only just gets hot as I get to work at the moment.
My best Motorway mpg is 60.8mpg was just sitting at 65MPH, no traffic.

Only just discovered you can get 3 different mpg readings on the display
When mpg is displayed, press down, and hold down, the thumbwheel before you scroll

Since start (of journey), continues if you restart after a stop within about hour or two
since refuel
Long term (not sure of definition, but something like most recent 2000 miles)
