Problems.... ! Downloaded the first maps file from seat uk site... chose arona etc. Extracted it and copied to card (after deleting the maps folder) then found 5 instances of Overall.nds ! So overwrote all of them with the same files from my backup... is this right ? As it didn't work :-( Backup wor...

On cold/freezing days, I find a kettle of handwarm water defrosts the outside AND demists the inside within seconds (and despite the naysayers, NEVER had a screen crack)

Only SE Tech Lux, Xcellence and Xcellence Lux have acc (as far as I know) and its operated on a stalk below the indicator stalk.
Blind spot is on all the time... I think there's an option to turn it off, but can't see why you'd want to !

thanks for this. does connecting to cig socket mean that dashcam only powered when car is switched on? Yes... although you can have the lighter socket live permanently by moving a fuse. I presume the lighter is on the same circuit as the USB socket (which I've used) in which case its live when you ...

Utter bullshit ! your dashcam has NOTHING to do with on board systems... The only proviso is that the rearview mirror has a light sensor on its rear... look through your screen and you'll see the little square, don't mount your cam in front of this and you'll be fine. My cam is a yi if halfords ask ...

Thanks for the info Lampie.. Nice and sunny today, so had another look. The boot light came out.. but still cannot move the reversing lamp :-( The connector has a red part (assume this is the latch to hold in the connector) Tugged and pressed everything in there.... Reverse and boot lamp replacement help?

Managed to get the access flap from the boot lid, and the boot lamp module... but how the heck do the actual bulbs come out ?
Been tugging and twisting, but can't get at the actual bulbs :oops:

Help please ?

You can tax and insure when onsite... I'd wait until then just in case you need to reject the car. Make sure you have the correct model (seems common mistake) Snowdaddy...
