Re: New arona incoming

There is no service book it is all on line. Are you sure you don’t have locking wheel nuts? Have a look under the boot floor there should be the wheel nut key for the locking nut in the spare wheel if you have one, or in the inflation kit. If you remove the black plastic wheel nut covers on one whee...

With the windscreen wipers on, even intermittent, when you select reverse (e.g. to park), the rear wiper is also activated.
Neat.
It is not so neat if it is frozen to the rear screen, I have disabled it in the menu before the frosts come.

Re: How to upgrade instrument cluster to Digital Virtual Cockpit?

Whilst I agree the digital cockpit is excellent, I suspect upgrading would be expensive and risky. I suspect no SEAT dealer would undertake it. I also suspect an auto electrician would have problems updating the firmware amongst other things. If you found one I would be surprised if you had any chan...

Re: New Arona FR Sport ordered on PCP - Good Deal??

I had a choice of 4 colours they had in stock, or being delivered sh...

Re: "double" boot floor

Kirsty,
Some people have used a couple of 4inch rigid banana boxes which fit in the gap and make useful storage containers.
There is a photo somewhere on this forum, if I remember rightly the subject is Desire Red paint code!

Re: Spec choice - advice please

I think many dealers now have new Aronas in stock, or pre ordered for their stock ( my local dealer has about 20 available). I obviously don’t know your circumstances but have you had a look at carwow to see discount levels and availability for your chosen specifications? As far as spec choice is co...

Re: Turbo whine

As Seat say there is nothing wrong with it, and anyway it is guaranteed, ask them to extend the warranty by a couple of years foc that should test if they stand by their words.
