My home adres is near some redlight and speedcams... and they light up on the map.
Well if anywhere is going to have redlight areas as POIs, it would be the Netherlands. :D

Re: Folding Wing Mirrors

Shame it didn't work out for you, ableseaman - customer service doesn't seem to be SEAT's strong point. I will continue with this as far as I can, but will bear your experience in mind. Well my quest for the mirrors I should have had may at last be paying off. I have finally got the Seat dealership...

Re: Arm rest

I recently purchased a bracket to wall mount my TV. Included in the kit were some black plastic spacers for certain TV brands. I've used a couple of them to increase the height of the armrest in my Arona as per photo. It may not be the most elegant of solutions, but the extra couple of centimetres m...

Re: I didn’t know the Arona did this (hints to others)

Interesting stuff, DomesticExtremist. I shall now set myself the task of fiddling with the aircon to try and get start/stop disabled! ☺ I stopped behind a car today and the start/stop didn't kick in. It's quite warm and I noticed the outside temp was a few degrees higher than the aircon setting. I ...

Re: Biggest Arona Niggle

Which band is your radio on, FM or DAB, if it is getting clock time from one of these then you must have a rogue radio station that is transmitting a GMT time code and not BST. Might not even be what you are listening to, as there is a secondary source for traffic info etc. Thanks Snowdaddy. The ra...

Auto stop-start : mine restarts when the car IN FRONT OF THE CAR IN FRONT starts - how does it see it when I can't!!!! ‼🤔
There are sensors at the front of the car, also used for emergency braking & adaptive cruise control.

Yep. I get this too. It sometimes coincides with trip counter resetting to zero.
Clock an hour behind again today. Trip counter didn't reset, so I'm still looking for the cause!

I think the a/c needs lots of power to run, so if aircon is on, start/stop is disabled.
Are you sure about that? I have my aircon on most of the time and the start/stop system has always remained active.

Re: Biggest Arona Niggle

On a few occasions, I glance at the clock after I've set off and it's an hour behind the correct time. Next time I get in the car, the clock is correct.

Anyone else seen this or can explain it?
