Re: Importing car into UK

I suggest you contact SEAT Customer Services in the first instance:

Customer Services Centre on 0808 5 222 222 between 8:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

I found then quite useful with a problem I had early on with my Arona ;)

I haven't noticed the headlights doing the start-up 'dance' like the Ibiza Bi-Xenon units used to. Which was an entertaining feature in itself :D
Not so much a dance but rather a shuffle :) . Yes they do self level on my FR Sport, but in a refined and gentle way :!:

Re: New arona incoming

No-one else has issued the reminder :) so I will - It's s good idea to hide the number plate on photos - stops the naughty boys from having things too easy if they want to clone a similar vehicle :!:

Re: Spec choice - advice please

Since I've only ever driven and now own a 115 FR Sport that's the only engine option I can comment on. I Have found this little 3 pot engine to be a revelation. Plenty of torque at low revs thanks to the turbo, high gearing meaning you don't have to rev the guts out of it and motorway cruising (that...

Re: Car in transit?

Call SEAT Customer Service quoting the SEAT order reference, NOT any dealer reference. They will give you an accurate update as they have for me in the past and many others.

Re: New car

You might want to hide the registration number - there are naughty people about.
