Hi all
Anybody hear about any new changes to the new 19 models Particularly the Excellence will it still have the white painted dash ?
I am struggling a bit with my 95 engine underpowered
So may have to change .
Don't want all the Lux spec but even then not sure when the leather dash will be back
I would preferer the Excellence but not the white dash
FR to Firm
Lux is nearly the same as the Audi Q2 I was looking at its a pity because I like my Arona just that I circumstances have changed

Maybe you should consider a proper engine remap instead. as the 95 engine will easily be able to handle more, 115-130bhp and give you better torque.
But I would go to a professional engine performance people, so they can set it up on a rolling road. Don't trust these engine map plug in boxes.
Will be a lot cheaper than replacing the car.

I never thought of that I assumed the 115 engine had a bigger Turbo as the bore and stroke are the same.
its something worth looking at
As I sad thing have changed and had hi known I would have ordered the Excellence Lux in December with all the discounts but it still seems a lot just to have a leather dash ?

I also imagine that a car leather trimmers could do a leather dash on your existing one.
amazing what they can do. and we have a lot of very talented craftsmen in the UK that specialise in Auto-trimming. even re-trim the seats and have Heated seats fitted.
If you want to quiet down the car can have sound deadening and acoustic sound barrier fitting into the car. So many things you can do to improve a car with out having to sell a buy another.
I got the Lux model with the leather and alcantara, but I still plan to have the sound deadening and acoustic barrier done. this going to be an on going project for mine. I will start under the bonnet.

If I had mine remapped 115 would be ok
Had look at the Q2 not much kit for the Money

Not found the data on the Turbos on these engines.
They maybe the same. but from the remaps it does look as if about 116hp is the upgrade for the 95.
so it could be it does have a smaller turbo.
But I imagine the block etc is all the same.
but even they increase will make it more usable. I find my 115hp has plenty of poke. and its still not run in yet. I only have 640 miles on it at the moment. but I occasionally give it a boot full, once its warmed up. never from cold.
and it is eager to get away, especially in sport mode. (DSG)
