Anything is possible - just depends how much trouble you want to go for.
Retrofitting things that were not an option on the vehicle can be difficult.
For the lights - I guess - you could cut out in the bottom of the door panel and fit the light - then wire through the door to the interior light.. to give a puddle light
Or you can add something in the door pocket.
Not sure how easy that is in practice - whether the umbilical feeding the door has connectors not loose wires?
Is there any other lights in the door card for anything else you could tap off?
