Does Seat realise or even care about the U.K. customer.
One thinks looking through this a Forum that Seat does not care about The U K customer, well look at what is happening in Spain ( Catalonia region) is this causing any problems foe Seat..
Well the car that I had ordered for my wife has now been cancelled as the change of Spec for the Arona Lux and the time to get a car is just too long.
Have now ordered a New Q30 S for my wife and we will be picking this up in 2 Weeks, no hassle and it even has the Alcantara seats.
So Seat you are doing yourself no favours by upsetting your U.K. customers.

Sorry to hear, seems to be a common theme, huge delays on Xcelence Lux and unacceptable changes to spec. I too would have cancelled if spec is changed

In the meantime Carwow keeps sending me emails of SE and SE technology in stock for £2500 off. So just seems like Seat built loads of stock ones that were not the popular Xcelence Lux rather than mix of types.
