For anyone interested as I couldn't find any information anywhere.

With the rear seats down and the front passenger seat full forward and backrest full tilt with the headrest removed you can fit a load length of 2.05m and still have a bit to spare at the front. Managed to get another box that size and a smaller box in from IKEA. The guy in the Range Rover next to me seriously doubted I'd fit it in 😂

longest I have had is some 3m lengths of plastic electrical conduit
(but it did have to curve a bit from footwell to tailgate

Our police get very mardy if the tailgate can't close .. although I've done worse in the past 😉

Whilst you're here I noticed your post about LED reverse and indicator lamps, are the ones you linked off AliExpress any good? My standard reverse lamp is shocking it doesn't light up anything in the dark and need to change it. Thanks!

Ive tried a couple of cheap led lamps and they were rubbish.... Buy a good one ONCE is my advice 🥺

I'm happy with the Ali express LED.
I even use them in the trailerlights because they are so bright... much brighter than 21/5 or single 21Watt 12v
