When does the system trigger an alarm?
The system triggers an alarm, if the following
unauthorised actions are carried out when
the vehicle is locked:
● Mechanical opening of the vehicle with the
vehicle key without switching on the ignition
in the next 15 seconds (in certain markets,
such as the Netherlands, the alarm is activated immediately).
● A door is opened.
● Opening the bonnet.
● The rear lid is opened.
● Ignition switched on with a non-validated
● Movements in the driving compartment
(vehicles with a volume sensor).
● Towing of the vehicle1)
● Vehicle tilt angle1)
● Undue manipulation of the alarm.
● Battery handling.
In this case, the acoustic signals will go off
and the turn signal will flash for approximately 30 seconds. This cycle may be repeated up
to 10 times depending on the country
Hi. I've just bought a front passenger seat from a 2020 seat arona fr. for a friend who has base model arona and was complaining seats are uncomfortable all day long as an instructor learning people to drive he paid £196 for it on eBay or rather I did he paid me. The seats in half leather with red sticking excellent condition. He now decided he is changing his car to a merchant so doesn't want the seat fitted nor does he want the seat at all so I've to sell it albeit still a loss so if you know anyone looking for a front seat I've got one for sale.
Picked up March 1st . FR Sport with DSG box and over the moon with it View attachment 1211
so it’s been just over a year of ownership, are you still happy with the Arona, any issues or concerns. I ask because I’m waiting to collect my own FR Sport 1.5 DSG
