Odd that you have the white dash and not the leather effect. Did you get the 'older spec' with the heated seats?

It has winter pack instead of alcantera seats due to build issue.

Yes I was my dealer was transparent with me through out the process. Sorry to hear you wasn't told.

no I don't they ran out of the motors to run the folding function.

Thank you for the reply. I have complained to both my dealer and to SEAT UK and so far been asked to quote a compensation amount. I don't want the money I want what I ordered.
