Hi guys I've currently got a Renault Kadjar S Nav which I've had for just over 2 years, and thinking of getting the Arona 1.6 diesel dsg through Motability, so went to my local seat dealer in Warrington to have a look at the ones there, after waiting in the showroom listening to the staff talking about their wk end for 5 mins i asked to speak to the mobility specialist, when i was shown to him i asked him for a brochure only to be told that there isn't any and I'd have to go online to look at the available models even though he had his laptop open, i then asked to have a look at the ones on the forecourt he said I suppose I could show you so went outside to be shown inside one only to waite another 5 mins and noticed he was sat back at his desk, safe to say I left without looking inside one and don't think I'll be going back there either, has anyone else experienced customer service like it and is there another Seat garage in the northwest you can recommend regards fez
