fwiw, do you see same low battery warning with another smart phone?

Looks like a software bug....

It may help if you can tell us what the software version is on the infotainment system?

fwiw, I updated the software in my Arona last week, but it is different Hardware and Software. I didn't see the 'charge your phone' message for my bluetooth connected Moto G62, or USB connected Redmi Note 9 (can't get android auto to work via bluetooth)

I found a reference to OU19 Campaign (0519) on VW website for T-Cross which dates back to May 2024, as being the latest version!


I think your S23 supports wireless charging? Could that be a factor?
