Hello,

The Mrs has a 2019 Arona and I tried to update her maps for her and I made a silly mistake and I didn't make a back up of her original maps. As a result I keep getting a navigation data unavailable error message now. I've even bought a new card with a more recent update and that doesn't work either. Is there anyway round it or will have to take the car to SEAT? I feel really silly I really wish I'd backed up that data

From what i understand you have to find a map release that preceded yours.
Have a read through this when you've a spare week or two but it explains how to get it working. Think you be looking for mib2 standard. Sorry its over 130 pages.

While I was searching the net today I found some good information sources about the navigation system updates. As you know navigation system works with the sd card that is installed at slot 2. All the map is installed in it and system uses these map from sd card. So if you can update the map...

Post up your head unit info page ... I think if someone with the same unit sends you a copy of the magic file, you'll be away....

where can I find the head unit info page? Is it in the settings?
