Just taken delivery of an Arona Xcellece Lux on Pirelli Cinturato P7 tyres - 215/45/R18 89V.

There is no sticker on the vehicle for tyre pressures or any information in the handbook.

Can you help with the info for normal running and loaded.
Perhaps a photo of your sticker.

Unbelievably Seat UK cannot give me any information

That is the problem, there is no tyre pressure sticker anywhere on the vehicle.

Quite unbelievable that Seat UK cannot supply the information.

Hope somebody can photo a tyre pressure sticker for me
