ACC braking

Post by number6 » Thu Jul 30, 2020 10:36 am

I think the answer is probably 'yes' but it's not something I can see. The question is, if, while driving with Active Cruise Control turned on, a car in front slows very suddenly, so ACC activates my brakes, do my brake lights come on?

It uses the brakes, same as when you press the pedal... So yes the brake lights come on.
If you ever follow another car with ACC youd think they were drunk !
