Had the same issue in regards to bulbous USB drived sticking out from the type c adapter, so pick this up for under £4.00 (not sure if you can post the eBay URL on here, so I have just posted the item name "USB C 3.1 Type C to USB3.0 OTG HUB Adapter USB/ TF/ Micro SD" it's so small you don't see in in the dash compartment.

I don't know if anyone else has had this but yesterday the infotainment system did an update however I've still got the little red message icon saying there is a message (the update) but when I check it says I'm up to date, also Seat connect has stopped working, will they ever get this sorted ??????

Also started an update yesterday, it gets stuck at 70%...

Yes I'm sure that's where I thought it had got stuck but them seems to have confused itself

She has newer navigation database can't work out why I have not had update over air for that too.

Interestingly she had the update, it got stuck, but now seems to disappeared completely!

Thanks. Tried mine again today and it's failed same again just stuck! It initially had no update then asked me if I wanted to run update then just stuck
