So according to my dealer they have got three cars working but mine is still not working so taking back tomorrow... Nightmare to be honest!

So dealer cannot fix car raising with factory now. Car will not connect at all.

Some progress... Can sign in to car now, but still can't select primary user, I think it's a seat server issue with latency on syncs but will see.

That's exactly my problem, I do the two keys thing to set up but nothing. I've got the app on my phone and it still needs activation. I'm booked in with dealer on Wednesday :roll:

Good luck I don't think it's specific problem but generic issue with all our cars. Will be rejecting car if cannot be resolved

Having the same issue, got a new Arona on 29th Sep, been trying to become primary user since I got it. All it keeps saying is Seat is reviewing your request. After numerous phones calls/emails to customer service and speaking to the dealer they have now told me it’s an issue with the server that they don’t yet have a fix for! So now we are just expected to wait for them to find the issue and fix it. I will also be rejecting the car if they have not managed to fix it by Monday

At least it's not just me then!

I can now do the following

set up a new seat connect Id.

I can log into car.

However I cannot become primary. The two key authentication fails.

Plus I do not have the relevant service packs enabled for online infotainment or remote access.

If I log on through seat app I don't have packs listed

If I log on through seat my connect portal I do.

So through the app I am logged on as guest only and nothing works.

Internet radio not working, or any connect functionality.

Do others have all services showing blocked?

Does anyone car actually work fully with seat connect?!

None whatsoever, I've spoken to Seat this morning (the number on the help in the Seat App) it seems as if there is only one guy who knows anything about this :shock: I'm booked in for him to call me tomorrow. I've told them I'm booked in at the dealership but that's a 36 mile round trip and I don't see the point of going if they're not going to be able to fix it.

It's all a bit ludicrous

Tried deleting your user profile fully and starting again? Or as per page 98 in manual trying sync keys with car again?
