My dealer seems to be clueless on this also. You’d think that your dealership would be clued up on all matters that are part of the vehicles they sell. Its quite frustrating for me especially when its me that has to chase this up.
It's a one minute job for dealers through the seat service portal. Below instruction from internal seat document....
