Do all Arona Models come with ACC and Blind spot Detection? and if they do how can you activate them?

Only SE Tech Lux, Xcellence and Xcellence Lux have acc (as far as I know) and its operated on a stalk below the indicator stalk.
Blind spot is on all the time... I think there's an option to turn it off, but can't see why you'd want to !

Blindspot... you have to have a Led in the mirror. when someone is overtaking you the LED will light up.
I don't have this on my FR, but I have front, rear and sidecontrol.
It's the same as front parking sensors , but on the sides.
When you drive on a small street and someone comes comes towards you.... when there are some bushes or trees / fences it will beep
When in a 2 lane traficjam, and it's not a wide road... it will beep.
You can't turn that off, you can make it shut up, for a few seconds... then it starts all over again.
