Is it possible to "Pin" this topic to allow members to comment on the standard of their vehicle servicing / repair / support from their local Dealership?

This could possibly encourage migration from dealerships that are below par to those which provide good value for money, or have proven to be helpful ....

A great idea.

I can recommend Westgate Seat of Grimsby, now part of the D M Keith group, for doing a good deal. However, their after sales service is not that good. It seems that as soon as they have clinched the deal they move on to someone else and put you on the back burner.
Have bought a couple of brand new Seats from them and found the same on both occasions.
Perhaps they need a good after sales manager?
