Yes, you are correct !
The centre symbol IS oil temperature .... and it sounds about right.
My car usually sits at around 90c but it may take 30 minutes to get there in cold weather.
The two symbols above it simply denote the menu set you are using... if you press the right hand rocker on the steering wheel left/right you will see these move - giving you a different set of options in the centre display... you can then use the roller up/down to select an item within that menu.

 

The one with the car and the hourglass is just your front assist, blind spot monitoring and lane guidance calibrating as you start up. It should go out shortly after you start driving.

 

I would like to know what the three symbols ( the same) at the bottom are for please?

 

Your rear seats are unoccupied. The symbol will change when you have someone sitting in the seat with their seatbelt fastened.
